-4 main bedrooms with servant's quarters in the attic.
-Large state rooms on the main floor and a secret study.....somewhere.

Note:

If you have "Seasons" installed, you will have to close the roof. A small 2x4 opening on the top most floor. All you need to do is use sledgehammer on the white trim.
