Sul, sul dear simmers! How are you all doing? This time, I'm bringing you a rental residential complex located in Tomarang, very close to the night market. I was scouring the internet looking for a residential complex to place in this neighborhood which, architecturally speaking, has a unique character.

The residential complex is organized as follows:

HOUSE 1: 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
HOUSE 2: 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
HOUSE 3: 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
HOUSE 4: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a greenhouse.
HOUSE 5: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The service area offers plenty of activities for your sims, including a building entirely dedicated to common space. You can find:

- Laundry
- Gym
- Sauna
- Attic

The idea came from an image I really liked, so I started replicating it, but as you can see, I eventually decided to do whatever I felt like, of course xD.
