It seems like playing with alien hoods is all the rage these days, whether its Marticore's Planet Alades, or Jawusa's Moonbase Apollo - maybe with Rudhira's Alien Townies installed?

The incredibly talented Midge the Tree released their Space Names mod back in 2020, but sometimes youre feeling more Space Opera than Space Telescope, so after 2 days of looking through more Wikis than I care to mention and some generous help from people both within and outside the Sims community - I present ALIEN NAMES FROM SCIENCE FICTION.

This mod contains more names than vanilla, with over 200 names for each list (male, female, surnames) from over 35 franchises including A feladat, Avatar, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, Dragon Ball, Dune, Halo, Keroro Gunsou, Marvel, Mass Effect, Master of Orion, Star Trek, Star Wars, and Starcraft. See if you can spot any you recognise!

Because many alien characters are known Mononymously, around 160 of the 301 surnames are alien races and planets. All of the First Names are names of Characters.
