This small house comes from the supernatural expanding and really needed a renovation. The brown outdated 70's interior has been replaced by a much more modern interior.
It has the same rooms as the original house, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and a open living room & kitchen. The interior has mostly been replaced by base game objects. To my surprise, the renovated house is even cheaper than the original one.
