Hello, guys.

After a while, I decided it was time to build something in The Sims 3. I came up with the idea of making something modern-style. I ended up with a simple and clean modern house made for a couple. It's very cozy and not that expensive, so I hope your Sims can afford it.

Before I introduce the build, I wanted to point out that the house is fully furnished. I don't know what happened when I took the pictures from outside and just the bed appeared on the inside. Must be some glitch or my computer couldn't render it completely. Sorry for that.

Also, even though I put all that EP and SP as required, I only really used World Adventures, Generations, Showtime, Ambitions, High-end loft stuff, University and Seasons. The others I used barely two items each. So I bet they are not that required.

No further ado, let's get started.

This is the front of the house:



The first floor:

- Hallway;
- Kitchen;
- Living and dinning room.



The second floor:

- Master bedroom;
- Hallway;
- Bathroom



And the in the backs we've got a nice place to relax:
