Learnt how to make proper tuning mods and remade this

Tuning override of the existing rockets in game both purchasable and premade (eg Geek Con) will not flag as cc

Want to take your rocket anywhere? store it outside of your lot, maybe fly to Sixam and have your rocket there when you are ready to fly back, build, maintain and take off from anywhere
It annoyed me that anytime you move house if you put your build/upgraded rocket in the household inventory when you place it on a new lot you have to build it again from scratch!

All rocketships now have interactions for "Put in Inventory", you can have your sim walk somewhere select it from your inventory and click "Place in World" to have an off-lot rocketship! Once in the world, the rockets will remain built/upgraded as they were even after changing lots.

Let me know of other objects you'd like inventory-able to use off lot :D
