This mod changes the texture of thought and speech bubbles, similar to the emoji icons.
This includes the screaming bubble when a Sim is needy.

P.S: I'm aware that the speech bubble may appear not right above the Sim's head. This is because the texture is the familiar emoji we all know, and it does not look similar to the shape of the original speech bubble of the Sims 3.
