There are skirts for girls in the base game but not all textures are available for both children and teens so I added the missing ones for each age group.
Now there are 9 new skirts for teens and 7 new skirts for children. I made them into two files because the packages are merged, each including one age group's content. The CC star is also removed so they will appear around the beginning of base game clothes.
Three of these skirts look nearly identical (blue, red, pink) but their shoes are different and I wanted to include both versions.
No mesh or expansion pack is needed.
