Each house contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

These are your average 3 bedroom townhouses but in each house live completely different people;

- The double income no kids pink obsessed couple. They have turned their 3 bedroom home into an home office, walk in closet and their bedroom.
- A big family of 8. In this small little townhouse live 3 toddlers and 2 preteens. It seems impossible but they make it work.
- The grandparents. Theyve turned their retirement home into a joyfull place for their grandkids to stay with them.
- The crazy single scientist. Hes more interested in creating new inventions then taking care of his home.
- And last but not least the 2 college friends who are obsessed with the gym and have turned the 3rd bedroom into a home gym.
