Art Deco Luxury Apartments. The apartments have high end appliances, plumbing and furniture. They are fully and tastefully decorated for the family with discerning tastes. The building has an indoor playground, so parents do not have to worry about their darlings associating with the riff raff, an indoor gym and an adult playroom. The patio is fully decked out with everything a family could possibly need. No need to go to town to have fun, stay home and have all of your needs fully catered to.

This project was so huge I almost abandoned it, but I had the idea in my head and it just wouldn't let go. The cost of the building is astronomically high but I think you will agree that the apartments are definitely Luxurious. I hope that your rich billionaire sim will see it as a good investment opportunity. The editor appears not to have the Kits I used and also one stuff pack so I will list the additional kits and stuff pack used here.
