I built a single duplex. I only took screen shots of one of them because they both have the same furniture and appliances in the same colors with the exception of the nurseries (one is blue and one is pink). I have already set the apartments into 1 Briarwood Duplex and 2 Briarwood Duplex (feel free to change that if you wish). I have no idea of what kind of furniture would be found in a furnished duplex so I just threw in what I thought was nice. Each duplex has an outside storage area that has the washer, dryer, electrical panel and hot water heater in it. Each bedroom has a built in closet just like a real duplex would. The hallway in each duplex has an alcove for the desk and computer as I didn't want to crowd the small living area. Overall the apartments are spacious without being overlarge. I also used Businesses and Hobbies in the build. Enjoy.
