Inspired by the Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge on HGTV, I challenged myself to convert my upload of Barbie's Malibu Home into flats as not many Sims can afford homes just shy of $400k!
I have opted to create 5 Barbie flats (elite) and 3 Ken flats (surfer).

Communal areas include swimming pool, swing set and gym for the singletons to meet and mingle.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall with access to lift and stairs and communal areas.
3 one-bedroom, open plan living/kitchen/dining areas and bathroom; 1 bedsit with bathroom apartments.

First Floor
4 one-bedroom, open plan living/kitchen/dining areas and bathroom apartments.

Second Floor
Communal Gym area.

Lot Size: 5x6
Weekly Rental Price: $2121 to $3169

Barbie & Ken Condos are mainly furnished with Ikea Stuff, Teen Style Stuff, Open For Business, Kitchen & Bathrooms, University, Nightlife and Mansion & Gardens.
