I present to you: an apartment complex I built for my custom neighborhood!

There are 4 levels, the top floor being a penthouse (divided in 2 different units).
There are 14 apartment units in total, the rentprices range from §1096 to §1890.
There are some recreational items in the communal areas, such as a dartboard, chess table and multiple bookshelves.
Your sims can take the stairs or take the elevator!

All the apartment units contain:

- 1 or 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom
- 1 kitchen
- 1 living room
- 1 or more porches

Only the kitchens and bathrooms are furnished (+ lighting everwhere of course)

This build contains no CC.
