PLEASE NOTE: This lot has been updated (new pics and new zip file) for the following reason: I did not realize that the public stove and fridge did not work, even when you rent an apartment (unless you rented the penthouse). The reason for this was that each apartment must have its own mini-fridge or complete fridge in order for them to be able to use the public ones. Therefore, I have added in a mini-fridge (and a wall trash compactor for convenience). Now all apartments have access to the public kitchen stuff. THEREFORE, if you have downloaded this in the past, you will need to re-download it to fix the problem.

This is yet another Livingston Lane Apartment Complex. I have Pets, Nightlife, University, Apartment Life and Family Fun Stuff installed, so you will undoubtedly need all of them as well. This lot is COMPLETELY furnished and tested. The entire lot costs $324,078, and the price for individual apartments varies from $886 to $3,101. This is on a completely flat 3x3 lot.

There are 5 apartments. Four are more or less identical, with different color coordination each: yellow, blue, green and red. The fourth floor is a large, white penthouse. Each apartment (including the penthouse) can house 3 persons for a total of 15 persons.

Also, the tiny building in front is a telephone booth, or as good a booth as I can make. However, this telephone booth is not usable. Apparently, phones can't be used at all unless they are inside individual apartments. So this telephone booth is just for looks.

Please note that, as usual, unless you follow the instructions HERE about how to rent an apartment furnished, you will not find any furniture in your apartment except for the shower, sink and toilet.
