This is me, back with another Sims 2 upload after many-many years.



This is an apartment lot by the seaside.
It has 8 units for your sims to pick from, including a penthouse!

Rent prices go from 1343$ (cheapest) to 5175$ (most expensive).

These are great for small family play or single sims... or you can push your luck with the penthouse, which is the two story apartment that goes to the roof!
