Welcome to Lake Breeze Country Club - A grand clubhouse where your sims can indulge in their favorite hobbies and dine with a view!

**Please read! As usual, this is another one of those large, heavily furnished lots so exercise caution if you choose to use this lot in your game (saving the game before having sims visit the lot). My game crashed on the initial load-up of the lot but it has loaded up perfectly since then. My builds tend to be huge so this is routine for me LOL, but don't fret!

The CC INCLUDED in the lot:
- The Tennis Collection Set by caz100 on MTS (decorative)
- Golf Cart by mdpthatsme on Tumblr (decorative)

A few other things to note:
1) This lot was built on a downward slope, therefore there are a lot of terrain edits. I recommend placing the lot on a downward slope in your neighborhood.
2) The back of the lot is lined with lots of trees (there is a screenshot where they are removed for visibility)
3) The golf course is purely decorative, but if you'd like to add some functionality to it keep reading below the screenshots








How to get your sims to golf on the course:
*Requires the files below*
- Buy Enabler HACK by cathair2005 on MTS (see post #48 for most up-to-date download)
- Execuputter Invisible Recolor by pfish on MTS

If you use other hacks in your game please be aware that this may conflict with the Buy Enabler Hack. This hack will enable build mode, buy mode, career rewards and your sim's inventory to be accessed on community lots. You will need this to get the Execuputter onto the lot from your sim's inventory.

The Execuputter Invisible Recolor simply provides an invisible version of the mini golf career reward object. To unlock career rewards without any effort, use the cheat "unlockcareerrewards" and you will be able to obtain one. Plop this in your sim's inventory and boom! They can travel with it to the country club Think of it as...them taking along their golfing gear!
