May 15th, 2024 Update: For anyone experiencing issues with the terrain and/or water being wonky when using this lot: I fixed this issue in my game by picking up the lot in neighborhood view and placing it back down (sounds silly I know!). I'm not sure why this is an issue that occurs, but that is a quick solution I recommend trying. Please let me know if you experience any issues with the lot.

Terrain warning: This lot was built on a steep downward slope. Please be mindful of this when placing the lot.
