No Shop in Rabbit Hole, No Go to City Hall, No Visit Hospital (2 versions)

There are places to go, things to do, Sims to see...but, non-actives get pushed to lots that are often less than visit worthy. This mod attempts to stop that behavior by disabling autonomous visits.

Only four rabbit holes are affected - Grocery, Bookstore, City Hall, and Hospital.

Notes:
*This mod does not affect protests held at City Hall. It does not affect careers/jobs and classes that can be taken at City Hall, the Hospital, the Grocery and Bookstore.
*If multiple rabbit holes are on the same lot (like Mirabello Plaza in Sunset Valley), Sims will be attracted to the theater, but not the grocery and bookstore for shopping purposes. The Plaza is a Sim-magnet.
*Ensure that Community lots are set to 'No Visitors Allowed' if you do not want non-actives visiting the lots to use objects placed there along with the rabbit holes.
