No Sleeping During University Lectures (Active Sims Only)

Inspired by @SimByHeart's MTS WCIF post, I modified the SleepAtDesk_Sim ITUN (EP9) to suppress the push on active Sims to sleep during their University lecture class at Conners Student Union Building.

Active Sims will autonomously take notes and ask questions, but they should not nod off during lectures.
Take Notes and Ask a Question are also player-directed options when clicking on your Sim.

Tested in University sub-neighborhood with Sims from 2 different EA home worlds.

Sims (including actives) can still sleep in their rabbit hole classes (autonomously, and player-directed).

This mod will conflict with any mod that uses SleepAtDesk_Sim
