No Autonomous Use Laptop On The Ground

I can't help but feel that Sims miss out on some University Life when they spend so much time laptop browsing while sitting on the ground.

The same goes for Sims in other worlds/neighborhoods/sub-neighborhoods because UL injects itself into whatever world is being played; I'm grateful that annoyances can be shut down via mods.

Having seen more than enough ground surfing, I modified the UseLaptopHereFromInventory_Computer ITUN (EP 9) to suppress autonomous use of laptops while sitting on the ground. Sims can still autonomously use their laptops on surfaces (tables, desks, island counters).

Tested in four EA worlds, plus the University sub-neighborhood.

This mod will conflict with any mod that uses ITUN UseLaptopHereFromInventory_Computer 0xF2C266E4E4549C6C

Notes:
*Any Sims that were already using their laptops while sitting on the ground when you return to a saved game will continue to do so until they are finished with what they were doing.
*Active Sims can Use Laptop Here (on the ground) if player directed.

This mod requires EP 9 University Life, made with patch 1.67
Extract the file and add it to your Mods > Packages folder.
