Don't you like the items' choice Maxis made when taking assets from another packs, just for their decoration purposes? Is it affecting how you perceive the environment in Tomarang? Do you prefer a more balanced and realistic vibe? You saw the pictures of this Mod and though it was just pretty? In any case, no problem 'cause I got you!
Scintillating Flora for Tomarang, part of myMINImods (upcoming collection), tries the best to adjust the world colors from the ground up (literally). World trees and plants got a paint coat and they look more fitting with each other than ever before! This is the current list of plants that got replaced (may grow with time):
- Banana
- Brazilwood
- Fern
- Ficus
- Plumeria
- Royal Poiniciana
- Sivy Palm
- Regular Soak
- Simple Soak
- Tall Fuchsia
- Wild Palms
What does this Mod do?
- Replaces a wide range of plants and trees textures from The Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack's world, Tomarang.
- Harmonizes the natural scheme and gives some more contrast to the colors that represent the environment.
- Follows a more accurated representation of the folliage tonalities compared with in real life inspiration this world gets.
Will it conflict with another Mod?
Conflicts with any file that modifies the same resources. It's safe if you want to use this with No Fade On Everything by MizoreYukii. Just make sure you put this Mod on top of theirs to avoid any issue with the textures looking corrupted.
What file(s) should I download?
Scintillating Flora has two versions:
- Modular, to pick & choose the plants you want to get replaced. I'll not tell here if I change the filenames so, be cautious about that in the future!
- Merged, to have the full package and update it easely and enjoy the boundaries of this Mod all together.
Make sure you just install just ONE of them, because having both in the Mods folder *could* cause unpredictable results and visual glitches.
