1 East 62nd Street - Apartment inspired by the late Joan Rivers' Home

My take on the late great Joan Rivers' home in New York - I always wanted to build this in the game, I finally have. This is probably the longest I have spent on a build. The neighboring buildings are not very detailed but that's not what's worth $160k!

Gold detailing & original fixtures!

I have partially furnished, just to give you an idea of what's what, so everyone can furnish it to their own taste/finish it in detail using cc or anything else

Main apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 formal living rooms, formal dining room, kitchen, utility room, private elevator landing, large office and 2 terraces.

Guest apartment also features 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms. The guest apartment is slightly more contemporary.

Fire escape to all units.
