Stonegate
I've begun creating a series of medieval style homes. My goal is to convert my entire town into a medieval one, but that's dreaming big. Who knows when rl will get in the way. Anyway, this is the first of the series. A home with old world charm and new world amenities. It's a 4 bed 4 bath including a guest bed and bath over the carport. The entire home is done with wood and stone patterns, as a medieval home should be. Check your history books, no sheet rock back then. I have left roughly 25% of the lot empty for your particular sims outdoor activities.
House Features
4 Bedroom (including guest room over carport)
4 Bathroom ((including guest bath over carport)
Study
Living Room
Dining Room
Kitchen
2 Car Carport
Plenty Of Yard Space Left Over
Lot Size - 30x30
Furnished - $184,789
Unfurnished - $85,635
Custom Content
I tried to keep the custom and store content to a minimum on this one. That's really not an easy thing to do, but I think I did ok. With the exception of the couches, the only custom content used is for decor, so downloading the lot without it won't be a big deal.
Special Interest Magazines Set 01 and 02 by sunsetavenue
Trees Of Sunset Valley - Paintings Set by lemoncandy
SeiHEXA Platinum RDTV by PigiePower
New Chimney Colours for the Chimenea Muy Caliente Fireplace By Cameranutz2
Getting messy - more clutter by lemoncandy
Follow the white rabbit - more clutter by lemoncandy
Potted plant recolors by lemoncandy
I used a bunch of different wood patterns on this lot, While I don't think I used any custom patterns, I can't say with any certainty, so I'm
going to give Tammy Trauma credit for her patterns whether I used any or not. Here's a link to her profile and all her content.
Anyone who hasn't downloaded everything Tammy Trauma has created for us, you're missing the boat. My recommendation is to download everything on her profile, your game will be vastly improved and your sims will thank you.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
