I always wanted to build this house since I saw it in "Charmed Reboot" from 2018. I know many people dislike this TV series, but I've been fan of "Charmed" since I was a kid and when I heard of a reboot I was so excited! Of course I enjoyed the new show.

I love old, big, victorian manors and this show had exactly it. After some time I noticted that this house was aslo used in TV series "Witches of East End". I liked both houses but they were diffrent in interiors and I liked the one from "Charmed" better.

I tried to build this manor a few times in the past but always a structural matters were in my way of completing it because of course... The house from the outside looks diffrent, than the floor plan from the TV series house. Same as in original "Charmed" manor. So I always gave up eventually.
This time I really put my heart into it, since I learned how "The Sims 2" engine works.
Building the roof was a tricky thing to do such as making the floor plan inside to at least match TV series and match the outside of the house from screenshots. I looked in the web to see the whole outside structure of the house and looked up the rooms from the TV series. Unfortunately inside footage of the house is hard to get in pictures on the web, I had better look at it in the TV series itself. I tried to make the rooms similar to the TV series in the game. The floor plan form the TV series is not the same as I made it in game but it mathces the structure of the house from the outside.
I had to use my own ideas and creativity to match the house from TV series and original house from outside in the game in many places. I had a spare room inside and I thought that I'll make a sewing room in there since in original "Charmed" plot the grandma had such room.

Overall I think that this house turned out preety good! I really like what I've created. The manor is detailed in every single piece, the gardens are big and beautiful. I wanted to keep the autumn style of this house and I succeeded in that. It might look odd from the neighbourhood view, but the house is completly fine on the lot! The adress from TV series of this house is "609 Sanderson Court" and that's what I decided to call it in the game.

UPDATE:
There was a glitch with chimney that caused a bug with time on this lot. I fixed this bug a replaced the file with the proper working one.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
