It's summer time! Not only for us, for our sims too, so this is my ever first beach lot in The Sims 2 that I'm sharing with you.
(I built some of them for my own gameplay in the past but I didn't share them anywhere untill this creation)
As far as I know beach lots in this game are hard to place in a neighbourhood and they often don't work properly. So for your information I built this beach lot in Belladonna Cove if for some reasons this lot would have issues to get set in your game, try to place it in the mentioned neighbourhood.

I needed a beach lot for my sims to have a possibility to visit a beach on a sunny day not only in Twikkii Island but in other neighbourhoods too. Mostly I wanted a nice little place to make a special wedding ceremony for my gameplay but I also thought that my sims could use a open swimming pool with nice surroundings and a fruit bar and a gym and I also wanted to make it all functional on the beach lot.
This is what I came up with.
I have to mention that I love how the staircase to the gym ended up because it took me a lot of work to make it happen.
I think that this lot looks good and it is a fun place to play in.

Lot Description:

"Known for the soft sand and shiny water. Seaside Beach is one of the best places for hot summer days where you can spend it with friends, partying, relaxing by the pool or on the beach. You can also try the upper gym if you want to work out! If you feel hungry or thirsty you'll find a grill and a bar on the lot. There is also a small area where you can hold a wedding ceremony at sunset near the view of the seaside horizon."

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
