Stupid Trait

After one whole week of hard work, headaches and stress, I proudly announce that I managed to recreate the scrapped Stupid Trait from The Sims 3 Base Game!

Unlike my Removed Traits Restored mod, this one doesn't replace any existing in-game traits or LTR's, nor does it modify them in any way. This is a fully functional custom trait.

NOTE: In order for my trait to work, you'll need Arsil's Custom Traits Manager, as well as Lazy Duchess' Mono Patcher

I wouldn't recommend testing this trait out on a save game that you care about, so your 10th generation save with 5 pregnant women married to vampiric-zombified werewolves with 100 babies with grand-grand-ancestorial uncles is out of the question entirely.

Just like any other mod that adds custom traits into your game, removing my mod without making sure all Sims from all saves don't have the trait anymore will most likely result in save game corruption. You've been warned. Use at your own risk.

Trait Details

Description: The road to knowledge is a slow one for Stupid Sims. They just don't get things. It's not their fault - they try real hard!

Conflicting Traits: Bookworm and Genius

You can have both the Absent-Minded and Stupid trait together on the same Sim, without the traits conflicting with each other, since they both got different functions.

Trait Features: Sims with the Stupid trait learn skills 50% slower than Sims who don't have the trait, which makes for a really good, challenging gameplay. Upon testing, if Sims with the Stupid trait also have skill-related traits, (e.g. Artistic) they will gain that certain skill at a normal rate. Trait is available for all ages.

Since the Stupid trait doesn't seem to have its own icon, I used the one for yet another scrapped trait, Worrywart. It looks like a struggling Sim, which I thought was suitable in this case as well.

The mod has been tested and created with Patch 1.67 and may or may not work with 1.69 or versions older than 1.67. I highly doubt it will conflict with any other mods, but if it does, please let me know of any conflicts or issues you may run into while using my trait.
