Description
This mod re-enables the treasure chests from fishing that were scrapped by EA. With this, your Sim now has a chance to fish up a treasure chest containing random rewards.

The Bug Fix
I noticed many users in the original mod page's comments reported an issue that the fish Collection Journal page is unusable, getting stuck on whatever page the player viewed last.

This major issue has now been fixed.

After some research, I discovered this was caused by a page crash due to a missing critical resource in old xml file.
However, there is still a minor, non-game-breaking issue remaining. Fixing it completely would require a core mod, which would be not worth the potential conflicts.

What I Did
Fixed the Crash: I added the missing <Ingredient_Key> resource back into the fishing.xml file. This resolves the Collection Journal crash.I've tested the feature, and fishing up a treasure chest works perfectly.

Added Localization: With the journal page working correctly, the fishing chest now appears as an entry. I've added localization text (only ENG and CHT now) for the treasure chest, so you won't see a confusing blank space there.

The Minor Issue: Data for the chest in the Collection Journal won't update. This means you won't be able to get that satisfying "fully collected" page for the chest itself.
Simply put, this is because chests are handled differently from fish in the game's code; their tracking logic is hardcoded and cannot be easily changed without a core mod, in my opinion.

Tuning Values
As mentioned above, any tuning values associated with the treasure chest do not work. The only value that functions is the probability of catching a chest, which I have left untouched from the Original settings:
The various fish and global spawners default values for reeling in a Box are as follows: 1, 2, 3, 10.
This second version doubles the values to: 2, 4, 6, 20.
