!This version with white bubbles has better proportions and defined edges. There are two sets in the zip file: a basic one and a shaded one; choose one.
UPDATE - 2025-12-26
Individual packages of the 3 balloon types from the 2 sets (6 in total) have been added.
The shaded balloons have a thin shadow that can also be seen as an outline.

!Instalation:
This file only overrides EA bubbles, so you can install it in The Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\.
