The era this town takes place in would be around the 1800s to the early 1900s. You will find outhouses on several of the properties. Most will not have fridges or stoves, but I have supplied the homes with other means of survival. They have gardens, and they can fish. Wealthier homes will have more amenities than the poor.

I have added roads throughout the entire world for those who would like to have them still. If you would like to try the world without cars, below I have a few mod suggestions to help remove all the vehicles from the world. I do, however, have subways in different locations to help your sim and other townies get around more quickly. During testing, I did see several townies just walking, running, or riding their horses around town.

I am considering this world to be complete; however, if you find any issues, please let me know. I do plan on creating a save file for this world. This will allow me to add more families, more lore, and several more lots. I will also be building several more residential and community that will be up for download once they are finished. I will have those linked here for easy downloading.

11/11/2025: I had to fix one of the community lots. The country school wasn't working properly. This is now fixed with the new version. Please redownload the world. The easiest way to do this is to move your Sims 3 folder to a different location. Start the launcher and let it populate a new game folder. Then, move all your folders you need to keep back to the new folder. This includes presets and options, and if you had to change the device config then be sure to move that back as well. You will need to reinstall any downloads, and if you had anything in your exports, you can put those in the downloads and install them again that way. This is the cleanest way to clear out the previous world. If you know what files need to be deleted to clean out the world, then you can do that instead of removing the full folder, but for most, removing the folder and starting fresh is the easiest way for the new world to install and for the new changes to take effect.

Hopefully, I will not have to update the world again. I will only update it if there is something major that needs to be fixed. Otherwise, this should be the last and only time. THANK YOU!

This world requires these packs. Most are listed on the page, but a few weren't in the options, so I'm listing them here again.
