ABOUT
After Eco Lifestyle, there was a change in lighting that allowed shells using shaders get an effect meant for indoor furniture. Including apartment shells, that look distorted with this issue. People reported this issue many times, but there has been no fix to this day. So I tried to hack up a fix, which comes with a few issues (not really issues, from comparison images you can see dark rooms being slightly darker as furniture no longer glows)

Please upvote these issues, this game deserves the bare minimum fixing Lighting Bug Report and Apartment Walls for Residential Rentals

COMPATIBILITY 
Not compatible with mods editing interior room shaders. I know not everyone likes the Vanilla Blue lighting by default, so I added a flavor variant that uses neutral lighting (meaning, the dark shadows in a room are a true black, not dark blue). Please use only one version provided here.
