Romara Coffee Shop Remodel

This remodel of mine would never exist.
It's not like I hated the original lot from Electronic Arts. I just wanted to make it look better. But every time I tried to make it better and I had more than 5 attempts to start this project, I always ended up with something that I wasn't happy enough.
One day the idea of remaking this coffee shop into a greenhouse cafe came to my mind. So obviously I tried to make it happen and that project didn't came out right too.
So I abandoned the thought of remaking that lot ever again...

...And now we have this upload, where I want to show you my finished remodel look of this coffee shop.
So why it finally happened?

I tried so hard to remake it from the original. So the issue was in the Electronic Arts original lot, not in my ideas.
I tore down the whole lot leaving only the trees in front of the lot and build it all over with the mentioned greenhouse idea.
Now I'm really happy with the result that I always wanted to make.
I love the ventilation system I managed to put here.
I love the fireplace with the chess in front of it.
I love the couch area for sims to chill out or learn.
Everything is set in a nice, calming place filled with flowers and candles.

I really think that this lot deserves to be set in Academie Le Tour more than the original.

Original lot description:

"Rich coffees and warm décor await you at this classy little coffee shop. It's small, cozy, and perfectly delightful."

Remodel lot description:

"In this coffee shop you can sit by the fireplace or drink coffee from the espresso bar. It's small, cozy, and perfectly delightful, styled as a greenhouse to give a positive calming vibe to rest or study."

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Community Skills Mod (Comm-skilling) (There are a lot of objects on this lot, where your sims can learn skills, so I recommend this mod to make them actually gain points.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
