Hutz House from Ghost Master

When I was a kid I loved the game called "Ghost Master". Nothing changed ever since. A lot of years later there was a re-release of this game called: "Ghost Master: Resurrection" that improved graphics, mechanic of this game and added a new stuff that was cut off all those years ago. Levels got new looks and better textures.
In my childhood years I always wanted to build house from missions: "The Calamityville Horror" and "Poultrygeist" in TS2. Of course I didn't succed at that time. Now when I fall in love with this game all over again and with the new "Resurrection" version of this production I saw this level with a fresh eye and decided to finally recreate it in TS2 after all those years.
I don't like how big this house is and it's not cluttered. It has big, empty spaces. But I wanted mostly to make this house functional in TS2 and acurrate to "Ghost Master" game.

I tried to make references to the original game on this lot such as:
- The wall with a bricked up ghost in basement,
- The chicken poster behind the garage,
- The teaset with a poison in it in the living room with piano,
- The makeup closed on the attic with a ghost chained to it.

I didn't make a reference to a ghost chained to the chimney or to a ghost from "Poultrygeist" mission, because I didn't know how to figure it out. Also the whole house doesn't have a single chimney.
I think that this house turned out really fine and people who loved "Ghost Master" such as I did will find details and references that would bring a smile to their faces.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
