This mod adds very minor QoL modifications to the Noble career:

1. Removes the requirement to play Waltz music when waltzing
2. Removes the requirement to Hold Court when Granting a Noble Title
3. Removes the cooldown on noble decrees
4. Removes the cooldown on granting a noble title immediately after having granted a Knighthood [Warning: This does remove the 3 hour long happy 'Knighted and Delighted' moodlet though so there's a trade-off with that one]
