"Tucked quietly on the edge of town, the GreenCore BioLab Annex B is a compact but surprisingly ambitious research outpost operated under the umbrella of GreenCore Industries — a mid-sized corporation dedicated to the study of organic life and emerging technologies. Don't let its modest footprint fool you. What this little building lacks in size, it more than makes up for in purpose.

The facility's primary focus lies in botanical and aquatic research — its scientists cultivate rare and experimental plant species in a lovingly tended garden that wraps around the building's exterior, and maintain a series of specialized fish tanks within the lab, tracking growth patterns, ecosystems, and interspecies behaviour. A small but growing robotics division operates from a corner of the main floor, quietly tinkering with mechanical prototypes designed to assist in plant care and specimen collection.

But the real mystery of GreenCore Annex B lies beneath it"

The building has five floors plus two basement levels. The basement is a tomb, a weak tomb, but a tomb nonetheless. There's a bit of a plot there, a secret left behind before the corporation bought the lab grounds.
There are several rooms with boxes, they are empty so that if you have items from the store or mods that work with this mod, you can place them there.
The total price of the building is 399,490 simoleons.
The building requires a 30x30 lot.
The building is full of "strange signs" and things that don't fit in with the surroundings. This stems from the fact that most scientists I've met are eccentric and positively crazy. These traits contribute to their having random and incongruous objects in their workspace.
There are various spawners in the building, mainly in the secret section and the garden.
