The Courtyard- My First Lot. :) (University Req.)

This is the first lot I even really made that wasnt a simple little house.

I got sidetracked making a rug for my sims the other day, and ended up with a huge courtyard. Today I decided to make an entire home based off of it, and I started anew.

This is a 5x5 lot. It has a huge open courtyard, and 2 long hallways that join at the back.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Livingrooms, 1 kitchen, a study, and two bathrooms.

The only custom content should be a plant that I got somewhere online(it only appears 2/3 times in the lot, so its no big deal). I'm not sure where, but if I find it, I'll post it.

It costs over 200,000 simoleons, so its for the rich or the cheaters. ^.^ It would probably make a nice dorm or secret society. Beware, though, it is a big lot and will have some lag.
