This is a slighly modified replica of my house which I have since moved out of. It is a very simple layout with 3 bedrooms + study, seperate toilet, bathroom and shower as well as a decking area just off the lounge. Suitable for a family of up to 6. It also has a garage (which might come useful in the next EP) and a "sleepout" behind the garage. (Sleepouts are very common in New Zealand homes, as they pose a nice hideaway for teenagers and extended family). And the roofs in the game are horrendously high-pitched. :argh:

Stats:
Hacks and custom content have been removed and the file has been checked (multiple times). Only maxis content is used for the purpose of uploading to this site, you may decorate it with custom content after downloading if you wish.

The University EP, although not required, It is recommended as I did make this using it, even though it may work without it. (Don't complain if it doesn't)
