A tiny dorm in 2x2 lot. 5 stories. Totally 12 bedrooms on 2nd-4th floor. Each room has its own bathroom, necessary furniture and private balcony. On the first floor are a cafeteria and a computer room (for term paper writing) while the fifth floor contains a small gym and a music and game room (I'm not sure whether I turned the bass and guitar to the correct direction, though). There are also items for building all skills.
