Here is a downtown i made with lots of riverfront views, i hope you enjoy it as much as i do. Please take a look at the screenshots for some ideas for decorating your new neighborhood.

I use GunMods camera hack, however you can still play this neighborhood without one.

You do not need any expansion packs to play the non-decorated version. The dimsim78 Riverfront Downtown SC4.zip is the non-decorated version, download this one if you do not have the required expansion packs.

I made these hoods so that they would all go together, Stonebridge is my main hood, Newhaven is my sub-hood, Riverfront Downtown is my downtown and University Village is my university.

Edit: for my Decorated Neighborhood make sure you have these buildings in your downloads folder before you use this downtown.
