I love to build Victorian houses and well, I thought it was time to share this one on here.
Downstairs: study, living room, kitchen, dining room, deck with BBQ, 1 toilets.
Upstairs: 3 nicely decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
I used Maxis content only but 2 walls and 1 floor made by myself. I don't like to download lots with custom content that's why I build with Maxis content only.
This house has the advantage to be easy to play, no trees in front of the windows, no bushes and flowers invasion, etc Test it and you'll see.
Requires University.Enjoy.
