This will technically be my first submission, if it isnt rejected for being a 'boxed house'.

This possibilities for this house are endless. It has one bedroom suite on the 3rd floor with a panoramic view and a terrace. It also has 2 other bedrooms which can easily be turned into an exercise room, library, or whichever purpose you find fit for them. It's fully unfurnished except for the kitchen area. The 2nd floor features front panoramic views with an outdoor terrace, and towards the back is an outdoor patio with two stairways that provide easy access to the pool and pool lounge. It comes with a pool in the backyard along with a nice pool lounge and outdoor patio. The pool lounge is ideal for a design as simple as throwing pillows on the floor with a bar on the side. This home is truly versatile in that it can be the rich yet modest family's boastful modern home, or the very well established bacherlor/bachlorette Sim's hip hideaway.

Most of this house was built with the standard Maxis build tools except for four things which are the Wall Windows and doors that Numenor of ModTheSims2 has created.. you cant go wrong with them, you really cant. The stairways from ReflexSims, and finally the Transparent floor tiles for the skylights of the house by RGiles of ModTheSims2.
