Second ever home submission.. yet another one of my modern home designs. Absolutely no EP required, just in case you're already wondering. This is an amazingly super sleek 3-story modern home for 56,077Simoleans, unfurnished. It has 2bedrooms and 1Bathroom, but can easily be made into a 3Bedroom 2Bathroom home, depending on the size of your family.

The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom. The second floor has the first bedroom and another open space which can be your second living room, or if need be, you can block it off and make it into yet another room and add another bathroom in the middle. Across the first bedroom is an open area that can be used as your office, it has a terrace which leads to the pool and the hot tub. On the second floor is yet another stairway which leads to a master bedroom with an outdoor rooftop deck on the third floor.
