To left and right, and straight ahead, your sims are surrounded by walls of water!
Aqualand residential as requested, and under 40k simoleans.
No hacks, and only standard Maxis objects. This is a bare bones structure, but I have included a public phone and community trash can, to make it easy to convert to community use.
Does NOT need clear walls or tiles.
Do what your imagination likes, but please: not for paysites. BUT, can be used as a movie setting, just credit ModTheSims2 in the movie credits.
