What a bargain! Under 20k, this freshly painted bungalow for a family of 3 is furnished, and not only have we thrown in a FREE COMPUTER, but also a FREE CAR to hide behind the remote controlled garage door!
What more could you want? Don't answer that...

... and if I manage to sell this I get a trip to Hawaii.
