I love the Mountains and ironically so do my Sims. :argh: Who would a thunk it. So in that vein I worked up a nice little Mountain Cabin inspired home for my Sims and thought it might be good enough to share. This is my first upload to MTS2 so feel free to critic but not to flame. If you like this house I might create some more lots in this genra.
Enough about me and on to the house. It is a bit pricey for a home it is 150,000!
:bump: But then a home like this in real life runs about the same. It was designed as an open loft type home with a large open veiw. It is based on a overhanging house that I once saw and fell in love with. There is also a secluded whirlpool and a free standing deck for the outside BBQ'er.
The house is now Sim tested and it was created with them in mind. The sleeping area is not Woohoo freindly in that it is an opean loft area. But then if you have the whirlpool... :nana: I also created it in a complety clean game no hacks, in fact no downloads at all. I did not use any cheats of any kind to create it. The only thing is I created it with University so it is probably EP only.
