Well I am back with some new homes in the Mountain Retreat vein starting off the run is a favorite of mine the Lover's Loft. Ever need to get away with the one that you love to a secluded little place all to yourselves? Well sims have that need too. Here is a place for them, and what a place. This lot runs 71,000 simos so it is not for the starting sims. It over looks a lake and is split into two small cabins. And a pesonal favorite of mine fireplaces to-glore. I was striving to make this place cozy, and so it took me alot to get it that way. It has been extensivly tested and the only hitch besides the cost is it takes a bit (42min game time) to get to the carpool. Sigh.

As for Clean Installer no worries there. As with all my houses they are made in a game that has no custom content at all. In fact it does not even have a downloads folder. ;-) Also this house needs Uni to work on your system sorry for the problems.
Also as with all my homes from Silvenight Homes I made these for fun, myself, and for all my fellow simmers. So please keep it free.
