Custom Content

Green bedding recolor, all window blinds and potted plants throughout the lot along with their recolors, come from Sims 2 Sisters.

This is my first time uploading a lot package with custom content. If I've screwed something up, or if you have any problems with the lot, please let me know so that I can fix it.


Summary

For this lot to work properly, you must have the Nightlife and Open For Business expansion packs installed. University is *not* required. You will also need to have the Color Enabler Package installed.

This lot includes both a home and a small business within the same building. It is fully furnished and decorated, inside and outside. Prior to uploading this lot to the internet, I had some Sims (2 adults, 1 teen) live in the house for a few days. As far as I can tell, your Sims can move right into it without any tweaking.

-LOT SIZE: 4 x 5

-PRICE: 249,156

-YARD: Front yard has some trees, and what appears to be some shrubs and bushes. These are actually small trees planted with the move_objects cheat (see image #7). Back yard has some trees, and a large swimming pool w/ water slide.

-GARAGE: Can be entered through the main hallway on the first floor. Holds two cars.

-1ST FLOOR: 1 large hallway, 1 small shop specializing in sculptures, 2 small customer restrooms, 1 large employee break room, and 2 small employee restrooms.

-2ND FLOOR: 1 large living room, and 1 eat-in kitchen. Front and rear balconies have a *real* ledge (see image #7) -- anything that can be placed on a single floor tile can be placed on the ledges.

-3RD FLOOR: 1 large hallway, 1 full bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom -- see image #11, 2 bedrooms intended for children/teens).

-4TH FLOOR: Large recreation room.
