The first of my retreat set. This lovely home costs around 88,000. Can easily be made for a family of 8, with just a little remodeling. This home includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and seperate dining area, a family room complete with fireplace, a living room, office, and a playroom for the kids. Also includes a backyard with swing, and a garden.

NOTE This house has absolutly no hacks, or custom content. All is maxis made. Does require University.

I recently reinstalled sims2 for the release of Nightlife, and did not put in any hacks or custom content so i can guarantee that.

Please feel free to add any opinions on room for improvement :D
