Note: Asides from the stairs at the front, this house has only an elevator to change between floors.

This lot can be a little jumpy on some machines, due to the relatively high object content and lot size. If it's slow for you, I'd advise removing the trees and roof of the swimming pool as well as other unneccesary objects.
Expansions needed: University, Night Life, Open for Business, Pets, Family Fun Stuff and Glamour Life Stuff.
