This is a starter house (cost $19,916) based on the house my Great grandmother lived in. I tried to build it from my memory (I haven't seen the place in over 20 years), and it looks quite accurate.

The only things missing are the piano, and the floor-model television.

Adding the piano made it too expensive for a "starter", and there are no floor-model TV's for the game (unless someone made one).

I used Clean Installer to empty unnecessary content. The only custom content is my Overhead Garage Door, found here:

It is fully furnished, and has everything necessary for a beginning small family.

It is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom house.
