This is a bigger home. It is fully furnished, with two main floors, a basement, and a large attic.

I don't have any EP's so this should work in all versions of the game.

It has three pieces of custom content, all made by me.

I used Clean Installer on this house, so it shouldn't contain anything more then the custom content I listed.

The Price of this lot is $708,978

Pricey, I know. If it's too much, just empty it before moving any Sims in.
